Our client is a reference when it comes to B2C bike shops in Antwerp. They wanted to build a second brand that focusses only on bike mobility for companies (B2B). We helped them define the vision and mission of this new company, developed a new branding and rolled it out in a well-thought touchpoint strategy and go-to-market approach. We designed a website that is highly informative and captures leads at the same time thanks to easy appointment scheduling, Videoask integration and a downloadable e-book.

At the agency, I work with strategists and brand designers closely to make sure we deliver the best end product. Usually, the strategies work on the UX of the website and prepare the low-fidelity wireframes. Then the brand designers introduce the brand guide to me. As a digital designer, my role is to understand the brand guide and translate the brand into the digital design language.

Building a design system is important even when it comes to small websites. It helps not just to create a consistent design but also for developers to work with a great fundament. Therefore I can ensure smooth design handovers with the developer.
